Prior to becoming a certified coach, my professional journey began as a creative Art Director, crafting visual communication materials for Fortune 400 companies. This experience led to an opportunity to transition into a leadership role, a significant leap of faith that required moving from being part of a team to leading one. Recognizing the challenge, I sought the guidance of a coach, a decision that proved transformational for my personal development and ignited my desire to support others on their growth journeys.
