In Their Own Words.

I first met Janice amidst an incredible career opportunity where I was being promoted to
an SVP role and was seeking some much
needed guidance and perspective on how to navigate both the process and getting settled
into my role.

She was a powerful resource to have and her
ability to stand for my success when I couldn’t
even see it was priceless. I highly recommend
her services.

For me the experience was a life changer.
I learned that people can choose to experience
life differently. That is not an easy bridge to cross alone. Janice was patient and persistent.

We crossed the bridge together.

Executive Director/Time Inc.

Janice helped me to consider my self limiting roadblocks. It her patience and insight that helped me to understand how I could actually reframe my thinking and consequently my behaviors.

Consequently I felt empowered to move forward  with a new perspective which has and continues to opportunities not imagined.

VP /Ogilvy & Mather

As a coach Janice has been very insightful, helping me to identify obstacles that were preventing me from moving forward.

Our sessions were productive and she
provided me with the tools I could use in my everyday professional and personal life.

Having her in my corner enabled me to grow
and develop my leadership capabilities and executive presence.

I have known Janice Miller for a number of years
and in a variety of situations. Her creativity and her intelligence have always been apparent.

What I have learned about her as my coach, however,
is that she possesses a rare ability to listen, to hear

and to synthesize the issues I present in a way that reduces them from monumental roadblocks to achievable goals. Part of this is that she coaches
from the vast realm of her personal experience.
That she has “walked the walk” adds a vital layer of empathy to her coaching practice, one that can’t be gained through all the training in the world.

Janice Miller was rated a “10” when she conducted a workshop for the clients of Bottomless Closet, a New York City -based organization whose mission is to empower disadvantaged women by dressing and coaching them for job interviews, as well as offering continuing supportto help them maintain their
purpose and esteem. I
n a session attended by 35 women, she commanded attention, drew everyone into the discussion, and elicited exemplary stories of how to overcome obstacles. Her manner is both direct and empathetic, and she’s a great confidence builder.
